Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SOLAN-DREE. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
After your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days ($4.99 / Free on orders over $50)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days ($9.99)

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SOLAN-DREE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [phsol93@gmail.com] with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
